Making the rack

Here's the process of making the rack that is used in our VIRTUE project. We used a bar of stainless steel at 1.1 m, 1 m elektrician's pipe, 20 CD's, 2 snap hooks and some equipment to ease the work. We will now show and explain how the rack is made.
Truls and Marius has measured exactly 10 cm at the saw, and is now sawing the electrician's pipe in pices.
Andreas and Remi's task is to polish the stailess steel bar that is going to be the core of the rack. They are removing all sharp ends, so that nobody gets hurt when the rack is pulled out of the water.
Una, Magnus and Rino is polishing the pices that Truls and Marius cut. It is important to have even surfaces so that the rack is as good as possible.
Robert was one of the reporters that took notes and pictures during the process.
Andreas kept control of all the pices that in the end became a great rack.
Here's the result. At Thursday at 13.30 the rack was placed in the sea, so now we are ready for research!

Here's the gang that made the rack.
